Flat to rolling and fairly
long. Accessible greens with the occasional collection bunker lying
around. Maturing trees line each wide fairway.

Bentgrass, always in good shape. Good distance
between fairways.

Some 2-tiered. Average size.

approach to a lovely valley pancake-flat green beside a nice pool, er, pond.
